Storybooks for the Troops

August 23rd, 2010

The Cpl. Joseph A. Tomci Foundation is teaming up with the Chapel Hill Hallmark in order to ship 20 recordable “The Night before Christmas” books to our troops overseas.  The troops will record themselves reading the story and then they will be shipped back to their children so that they can hear their parent’s voice during the holiday season.  If you are interested in this program, please contact your local Hallmark store by the end of August.

Roses Run Country Club

We would like to thank all participants, the Roses Run staff and all the volunteers that made the first Cpl. Joseph A. Tomci Golf Outing a success.  It was a fun filled day that involved great food, great prizes and a prestige golf course.  All of the money raised will go directly to the Foundation to help the military families and personnel that sacrifice so much.  Please join us in the future for other exciting events.
